When you write to us

• Include the phone number registered to your account.
• Say which app: the rider app or the captain app.
• If it concerns a particular ride, include its date and time.

Emergencies during a ride

Use the SOS button, which is always visible in the app. It is faster than email, and sends your location to your trusted contacts and to our operations team.
